Can you get OEM parts?

Sure can! We have both OEM engine parts that can be viewed here, and a page for the Manufacturer OEM boat parts listed here. Don’t see what you need? Give us a call, we may have it in our brick and mortar store.

I need this part yesterday, how do I get expedited shipping?

CALL US today!  Whether you are curious about shipment time, or want upgraded shipping via next day etc. We will calculate options and see what works best for you!

I run a business in Florida, how do I get tax exemption for my order?

Please email us at info@marine-surplus! Send us the item/s you’re looking at and a copy of your tax ID and we’ll get you squared away!

The item I ordered wasn’t right for my needs, can I return it?

Absolutely! Please see our return policy to make sure it meets the criteria and we’ll be happy to assist!

Do you ever have sales or discount codes?

Every year after Thanksgiving we have our annual nautical sale! Otherwise join our subscription for discount codes we send out throughout the year!

I need a new item made for me, do you fabricate?

Unfortunately, as a team we lack the manpower and the skillset to fabricate the bulk of items often requested of us. However if you are local, we are more than happy to point you in the direction of businesses that do!

Does everything I need come with my item?

As our items are surplus, sometimes they are given to us incomplete, canvas without snaps, thru hulls without nuts. That said we do our best to match up everything to make them as complete as possible. In the event that we do not have everything an item needs we will list what the item is missing so you are not caught unaware.

I never received confirmation for my order

It’s not uncommon for first time buyers to have their confirmation emails be sent to their spam folders, so we ask you check there. 9 times out of 10 thats where its hiding! In the event that it’s not there, give us a call and we can work out what happened and update you on your order.

Are your products new?

Our products are surplus from boat builders. This is excess new, old stock that was once used to build various boats that they no longer needed for whatever reasons and we acquired. Any item that we have received that is not new, will be labeled as such always!

Did my item ship?

Every order placed will be accompanied by a confirmation order followed by a tracking number as soon as the order has shipped. Haven’t received your tracking number? Give us a call and we’ll resend it to you or figure out why you haven’t received it.

Do we ship international?

You better believe it! If you aren’t from the U.S. but see an item you need go ahead and give us a call or email us at info@marine-surplus.comto get a shipping quote!
