Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
(See below for how to request a return)
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must not have been installed, mounted, fitted, connected, used, altered, modified, or show any signs of installation or attempted installation.

The item must be returned complete with all original parts, hardware, accessories, packaging, and components included with the original shipment.

The item must not be a cut product, including fabric, vinyl, rope, cord, carpet, or similar materials.

The item must be returned to Marine Surplus in the same condition in which it was shipped to you.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

The item must be received by us within 14 days of RMA# issuance.
Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Marine Surplus at their expense.
Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. A return is deemed approved upon final inspection upon receipt by Marine Surplus

If customer refuses delivery, they will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges incurred by Marine Surplus.

The restocking fee can be waived if the item is exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Listings

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will request pictures from you to be sent via email so we can supply them to the carrier for the insurance claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue and assist with any carrier insurance claims.

Incorrect Listings: If an item is materially different from the description provided in the listing, we will provide a replacement when available or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Defective items: If you receive a defective item, we will work with you to provide a replacement (if available) at no additional cost.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA will be refused.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled by phone or email any time before they are marked as fulfilled in Shopify. Once an order has been fulfilled, it becomes subject to the terms of our Return Policy.
