Payment Methods
We accept all payment methods offered through Shopify.
Sales Tax
We are based in Florida, thus all orders shipped within Florida will be charged applicable sales tax based on the destination county.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled by phone or email any time before they are marked as fulfilled in Shopify. Once an order has been fulfilled, it becomes subject to the terms of our Return Policy.
STORE PICKUP
All items on our website are available for in-store pickup. Orders are typically ready within 1 hour during our normal business hours, Monday through Saturday. Simply select "Store Pickup" during checkout.

Free Ground Shipping on orders of $100.00 or more via the carrier of our choice.

$7.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100.00 via USPS Ground Advantage.

$14.99 UPS Ground shipping option available on orders under $100.00.
We strive to ship all orders the same business day or the next business day.
If expedited shipping is required, please contact us immediately after placing your order or place your order by phone. We can provide shipping estimates for UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air services.
*Applies only to items listed for sale on our website. Items sourced from our retail store on your behalf are not eligible for free shipping and will incur applicable shipping charges.
International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges via DHL or UPS Worldwide. Shipping options will be emailed after your order is received.

We do not alter customs declarations or values under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipments and resolving customs-related delays.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments include insurance coverage up to the purchase price of the item.
Late Deliveries
Marine Surplus is not responsible for carrier delays. We will ship your order in accordance with our shipping policy, typically the same or next business day; however, once a package leaves our facility, delivery is under the control of the carrier.
Carriers maintain strict policies regarding late-delivery claims and may deny reimbursement requests for a variety of reasons, including weather events, operational disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances beyond their control. As a result, Marine Surplus cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
PRODUCT CONDITION & WARRANTY
All items are sold AS IS.
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs.
Unless otherwise stated, items are new. Many items are New Old Stock (NOS) and may exhibit minor shelf wear from storage or warehousing by boat builder. Some items may have been installed at the boat builder and removed from new boats but are still considered new. Any known defects or cosmetic issues will be clearly disclosed in the product description.
Marine Surplus, LLC does not provide product warranties. Any applicable manufacturer warranty must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
CUT FABRIC SAMPLES
We offer FREE samples of cut materials, including trim, molding, vinyl, carpet, and similar products, when available.
Because color, texture, and material characteristics can vary, we strongly encourage customers to request a sample before ordering. All cut materials, including fabric, vinyl, carpet, rope, cord, and similar products, are custom-cut and are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
RETURN POLICY
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must not have been installed, mounted, fitted, connected, used, altered, modified, or show any signs of installation or attempted installation.

The item must be returned complete with all original parts, hardware, accessories, packaging, and components included with the original shipment.

The item must not be a cut product, including fabric, vinyl, rope, cord, carpet, or similar materials.

The item must be returned to Marine Surplus in the same condition in which it was shipped to you.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

The item must be received by us within 14 days of RMA# issuance.
Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Marine Surplus at their expense.
Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. A return is deemed approved upon final inspection upon receipt by Marine Surplus

If customer refuses delivery, they will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges incurred by Marine Surplus.

The restocking fee can be waived if the item is exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Listings

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will request pictures from you to be sent via email so we can supply them to the carrier for the insurance claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue and assist with any carrier insurance claims.

Incorrect Listings: If an item is materially different from the description provided in the listing, we will provide a replacement when available or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Defective items: If you receive a defective item, we will work with you to provide a replacement (if available) at no additional cost.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA will be refused.
